• Brokering services to buyers and sellers of quota alcoholic beverage licenses throughout Florida as well as processing of beverage license applications.
• An approved, qualified representative before the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco and the Department of Administrative Hearings to represent licensees on alcoholic beverage related matters.

• Managed 204 enforcement personnel with an annual budget of $6 million. Responsible for annual formulation of goals, objectives and priorities of the enforcement bureau.LEVY COUNTY , FLORIDA (1976 - 1981)
• Responsible for effective regulation and enforcement of the laws and rules affecting the alcoholic beverage and tobacco industries. These two industries contribute $700 million in revenues to the tax base of Florida.
• Responsible for formulation of enforcement policies of the Division. Represent the Division at legislative committee hearings and statewide conferences.
• Direct the development of computerized management reports to monitor program efficiency. Automation of these management reports results in more effective utilization of Division resources.
• Coordinate all background investigations for license applications in the State of Florida to ensure proper issuance of licenses.
• Act as Division liaison with alcoholic beverage and tobacco industries as well as local, state and federal law enforcement agencies and associations. Frequently called upon to address these groups.
SHERIFF
• Responsible for 35 law enforcement deputies with an annual budget of $700,000. Formulated all Department policy and ultimately responsible for any law enforcement activity in the County.ALACHUA COUNTY SHERIFF 'S DEPARTMENT (1970 - 1976)
• Coordinated training and development programs for deputies.
• Maintained a County jail facility. Responsible for formulating and implementing correctional policy that complied with constitutional directives for jail facilities.
